Healthy Fats

Healthy fats are a must; they are vital to good health and healthy looking skin (e.g. olive oil, flax seed oil, nuts, salmon, natural peanut butter and avocado). I find if I drop my fat intake too low my body slows down the rate at which it burns fat. Of course, too high in fat and you won't be able to burn it fast enough, so the excess would be stored in places you don't want it!!!
